Who is Mal Weeraratne?

Mal is the Founder of Tantric Journey – School of Healing and Awakening and he is the British pioneer of Emotional Detox through Tantra & Tao Bodywork. Mal has worked in the field of Human Sexuality since 1994. Mal masters in the art of emotional detox through the concept called Yoni massage.

Mal Weeraratne studied at the International Centre for Release and Integration in Mill Valley, California, studying under Dr Jack Painter, the pioneer of Postural Integration. He also studied at Source School of Tantra in Maui, Hawaii under Charles and Caroline Muir for two years, giving him his CTE certificate and becoming the first Advance Certified Tantra Educator in the UK from Source School of Tantra. All the experiences lead Mal to become the founder and proprietor of Tantric Journey School of Healing and Awakening. Therefore due to his immense knowledge and experience Mal decided to spread his knowledge of his healing technique through Tantric Journey.

Mal was born in Sri-Lanka and he was a successful businessman who developed his own franchise business in 1990’s before he embarked on Tantric Journey.

It’s nearly The Showman’s Show time again where we grab the slowest moving members of our staff and decamp down to the Newbury Showground for a few days.

We will be in our usual spot halfway down Avenue E on stand number 263 opposite the Arcotherm stand. Come out of the hall and turn right then first left for Avenue E.

For those unaware of The Showman’s Show it is the one trade show where all of the marquee hire industry have a presence. Any supplier serious about supplying the hire industry will have a stand and just about every existing or prospective marquee hirer will come to visit.

This is where you will see new innovations first and create contacts you may use for years.

Commercial marquees for sale

A 4x8m Commercial peaked roof marquee. The peaks add an attractive touch to what is one of the most durable and flexible 4m wide marquees in the industry. We are manufacturing an interior lining for half of the marquee so visitors can see the difference a lining makes.

A 3x4m Deluxe Demi Marquee and our new 3x4m Commercial Demi Marquee: We designed these marquees to butt up against buildings, they give a much larger entrance height and any water falls away from the building eliminating two of the largest issues marquee hire companies have when butting up against buildings. They have also proved popular as standalone market stalls. The popularity of our Deluxe model has encouraged us to produce a similar structure in the slightly lighter Commercial design. A 4x4m pop-up marquee: We only supply the heaviest duty pop-up models (58mm dia. legs), at the show we are including our unique interior lining, compatible with just about any make of pop-up.

A 2x4m Walkway: Our walkways arrive as 2x6m but are modular so can be put up as 2x2m, 2x4m or 2x6m. At the show we’ll be putting it up as 2x4m and again include our interior lining.

FUNERAL DIRECTORS ENGLEFIELD GREEN WAR MEMORIAL UNVEILED IN SPECIAL CEREMONY

Nearly three years ago, Englefield Green resident John Scott, commented to friends that the village’s fallen heroes of the World Wars and of conflicts around the world had not been properly recognised. He set about fundraising, so that a monument could be provided to acknowledge the role played by the 205 servicemen.

Last month the beautiful memorial you see in the photograph was unveiled by the Lord Lieutenant of Surrey during a special ceremony. The monument, which comprises seven granite columns featuring the names of the servicemen from the village, was engraving and installed by the skilled staff of Lodge Brothers Memorial department.

Mr Scott had ventured into the Englefield branch of Lodge Brothers and met with Area Manager, Richard Leachman and the then Arranger, Susan Areington to discuss his vision. This was subsequently shared with Mr Chris Lodge, one of the Directors of the Company, and the result (after much deliberation and hard work) was seen for the first time by an invited audience of one hundred people.
